How the directory works

The public operator directory is built from publicly available information. An entry starts as unclaimed: it is a pointer, not an endorsement, and we do not verify commercial claims we cannot check. Being listed costs nothing.

Claim your entry

• ·Find your entry in the directory and use the claim action.
• ·Send evidence that you represent the business. Evidence is stored privately and is not published.
• ·Once a claim is approved you can correct your details and respond to enquiries.

Request a correction or removal

• ·Wrong contact details, a closed business, or an outdated description: send a correction request from the entry.
• ·If you do not want to be listed at all, tell us and we will remove the entry.

What we will not publish

We will not publish prices, availability, capacity, certifications or safety guarantees that we cannot verify, and we will not describe an operator as verified, recommended or approved on the basis of a self-declaration.
